Case Study: Girls Brigade Singapore

Our journey with Girls Brigade (GB) began in 2021 when the Friends In Deed programme was first piloted. The campaign involves crowdsourcing from the public to fulfil the wishes of selected beneficiaries from vulnerable groups. DigiHwy Certainty (DHC) built a fully integrated platform to digitalise the entire campaign, retaining the joys of gifting through the highly personalised ability to match gifts on a case-to-case basis. 

By 2024, the annual campaign has fulfilled more than 12,000 wishes. Each year, the GB team continues to partner with DHC to enhance its campaign, experimenting with features such as enabling requests by family groups and adopting e-commerce deliveries to promote contactless gifting.

On the backend, the platform also enabled GB to streamline their logistics with bulk sorting and various delivery management features, such as mass printing delivery orders and label stickers in one go. GB continues to push the envelope with its annual campaign, continuously expanding the initiative's reach to create lasting community impact.
