# Case Study: Tackling No-Shows with CertaintyAMS

| In 2021, [AWWA](https://www.awwa.org.sg/), a multi-service agency supporting vulnerable individuals, approached DigiHwy Certainty (DHC) with a unique challenge. They were experiencing frequent no-shows from clients due to lapses in communication between appointments. Working closely with programme staff to understand their client journeys, DHC incorporated various digital tools to automate appointment reminders and attendance tracking.
