Case Study: Tackling No-Shows with CertaintyAMS

In 2021, AWWA, a multi-service agency supporting vulnerable individuals, approached DigiHwy Certainty (DHC) with a unique challenge. They were experiencing frequent no-shows from clients due to lapses in communication between appointments. Working closely with programme staff to understand their client journeys, DHC incorporated various digital tools to automate appointment reminders and attendance tracking. This eventually led to the conception of our highly customisable appointment management system, CertaintyAMS, which quickly became an essential tool for community engagement coordinators.
