Case Study: Identity Verification
A leading provider of specialised dementia care, Dementia Singapore embarked on an extensive digital transformation journey to enhance its services. A pilot was started at their day enrichment centre called Family of Wisdom (FOW).

One of the simple yet high-impact solutions implemented was a self-check-in and check-out system which allows clients or caregivers to simply scan their NRIC to verify their identity.

The solution significantly streamlined operations. For example, due to the facility’s high-security needs, staff would have to vet guests when they ring the doorbells and open the entrance door manually. Now, registered clients and caregivers can simply scan their ID, get verified and be allowed in automatically. Needless to say, the solution also expedites the process of vetting client registrations and any tasks related to form filling.
