Case Study: Visitor/Attendance management

A leading provider of specialised dementia care in Singapore, DSG embarked on a wide-scale digital transformation to enhance their services. A pilot was started at their day enrichment center called Family of Wisdom (FOW).

An extension to their self check-in and check-out feature using NRIC, the center also implemented a digital attendance tracking solution.

Previously, staff recorded session notes and attendance on paper documents, which were then manually consolidated to track overall attendance for reporting and billing purposes. With a seamless set up integrating online forms, new digital system, their administrative workload has been significantly streamlined by capturing key data points on client and caregiver attendance on a centralised database, with just a scan.
