SecureMeetMeetUps is an event booking system first piloted to facilitate church services during COVID-19. To maintain social distancing, the app allowed churchgoers to book seats, join waitlists, enable automatic seating assignments to optimise arrangements, and more. On the backend, it allows administrators to track no-shows, send SMS notifications to members, and manage bookings based on a rotation system to ensure fair access to all attendees. Best suited for large group physical gatherings, the web app can be integrated with SingPass or SafeEntry to facilitate crowd management.
