COVID-19 Emergency Tech Support

Healthserve provides medical help, mental help support and other services to migrant workers in Singapore. During the COVID-19 crises, DigiHwy Certainty enabled Healthserve’s work by rapidly deploying hotlines to provide 24/7 support to isolated beneficiaries. DHC also built a multi-lingual information portal to effectively disseminate crucial COVID-19 information. This proved immensely helpful for beneficiaries in lockdown with limited Internet connectivity to access critical and accurate medical information.

In 2023, our founders were awarded the COVID Resilience Medal and the President's Certificate of Commendation for their efforts.
