A partnership that started in 2021, DigiHwy Certainty (DHC) helped the client set up their AWS infrastructure from scratch and subsequently trained and upskilled internal IT staff to manage their Cloud infrastructure independently.
To futureproof the new set-up further, DHC worked closely with DSG to understand their long-term plans and accommodate future integrations with third-party software, thereby minimising unplanned expenditures.
Since then, DHC has delivered multiple systems for the client, ranging from a call and hotline system to building a case management system, which spun off into other modules such as scheduling, billing, and creating a caregiver app.
